Rebecca Londono is a dedicated wife, mother, and passionate sales leader. With over five years of experience in sales, she made a bold transition from the medical field into the restoration industry, where she discovered a true passion for helping clients find fast and effective solutions to their needs.

As the Vice President of Sales, Rebecca leads both residential and commercial sales teams, driving success through her commitment to excellence, personalized service, and leadership. Her efforts have been pivotal in shaping a strong, results-driven sales culture.

Outside of work, Rebecca treasures spending time with her daughter, Vivianne Brielle, and her husband Juan, her high school sweetheart. A world traveler at heart, she enjoys immersing herself in new cultures and exploring new destinations.

With over 25 years of experience in the restoration field, Rick Walker brings unmatched expertise and dedication to his role as Mitigation Director. Rick works closely with the sales team and is always just a phone call away, ready to respond quickly after being dispatched to ensure efficient and effective service for our clients.

A proud father of six, Rick loves spending time outdoors with his family and making the most of every moment with his kids.

One of the things we admire most about Rick is his genuine passion for helping others during their time of need—he’s always ready to lend a hand and make a difference.

Shelley makes the marketing magic happen! You will see her work on our social media pages, email newsletters, and creative flyers. She tackles the daily admin tasks so the Sales Team can keep their boots on the ground!

Shelley comes to Paul Davis from a 6-year stint with the Dallas Stars NHL hockey team where she was the Programs Manager for all things youth hockey. 

While working with the Stars, she met her now husband of 7 years. They love to spend time with their kids- going on family bikes rides, vacationing at the beach in the Summer, and visiting snowy destinations come Winter.

Getting involved with community events and organizations helps to build lasting partnerships and also helps Paul Davis to know what our area is needing so we can better answer the call and serve North Texas.

Paul Davis of Fort Worth is excited to be a part of Cow Town's area organizations such as BOMA, FWAA and multiple area's Chamber of Commerce.
